Understanding both sides of a professional match
Since 1999, we have recruited professionals for Romanian and international companies, supported foreign businesses entering the Romanian market and managed recruitment projects for Western Europe and recruitment of skilled/high skilled workers from Asia.
Throughout this journey, our work has been guided by one principle:

Our story
A professional journey that began in 1999.
Our story began with the establishment of Head-Hunting Ltd., initially focused on middle and senior-level positions for Romanian companies.
Over the years, we recruited professionals in Sales, Management, Business Development, Finance, Healthcare, Hospitality, Transportation and Engineering, as well as other specialized fields.
A particularly important part of our work involved recruiting Business Development professionals and National Sales Managers for international companies establishing their operations in Romania.
These companies needed more than experienced sales people. They needed professionals capable of developing the market, identifying opportunities, building commercial relationships and creating the foundations of a new business.
For 15 years, we also recruited Romanian professionals for companies and recruitment partners in Western Europe, particularly in Healthcare, Sales, Hospitality, skilled trades and other specialized professions.
Later, through A.C.D. Recrutare Asia, we expanded our international activity by identifying and selecting qualified and highly skilled workers from Asia for Romanian companies. This required careful assessment of technical qualifications, professional experience, motivation and adaptability to a different working environment.
Working across different industries, markets and cultures has given us the ability to understand what lies behind a job description and identify the professional profile a business actually needs.
